Holy Cross School is an independent, co-educational Catholic school offering classes from Pre-Kindergarten through to Grade 8 with an enrollment of approximately four hundred (400) students.

Established in 1925, Holy Cross School has been providing a Catholic education to students for over 85 years.  Throughout the years, Holy Cross School has developed a tradition of excellence, which has fostered the spiritual and academic growth of its      students.  From the inception of the parish, the importance of Christian education was paramount and parishioners were dedicated in their support of their children's education.

Students at Holy Cross School are educated according to standards outlined by Manitoba Education, Citizenship and Youth.  This schooling is enriched through faith formation experiences, as well as participation in a variety of co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, such as involvement in House activities and sport teams.

Established in 1965, St. Boniface Diocesan High School is dedicated to providing English language Catholic high school education to young men and women.

Gonzaga Middle School (GMS) provides an enhanced, holistic, Manitoba Education approved, co-educational, culturally sensitive middle school education to Grade 6-8 students from low-income families in the Point Douglas and North East Downtown neighbourhoods. It adapts best practices of Jesuit Nativity model schools to the local neighbourhood providing: a strong academic program, longer school day, before and after school programming, extended school year (including summer camp weeks), enrichment activities, and mentoring and graduate  support programs. It will also provide a nutrition program (breakfast, lunch and two snacks), transportation to and from school, technology and other supports.

GMS seeks to develop “men and women for others” while    preparing students for success in high school and post-secondary study.  It supports its students of all cultural and faith backgrounds in their growth toward becoming hopeful, confident, morally responsible leaders for love and service of their families and communities.

Holy Ghost School is a kindergarten to grade 8 Catholic school located in Winnipeg’s North End.  The school was established by the Oblate Fathers in 1902 and celebrated its 100^th anniversary in October 2002.  At Holy Ghost School certified teachers teach a religion program in addition to the regular provincial curriculum.  Teachers strive to    educate the children in the areas of religious study, academics and social behaviour.  Teachers work closely with the families of the almost 260 students at the school to achieve these goals, recognizing the parents as the first and primary educators of their children.

Our Lady of Victory School offers a quality and an affordable Catholic education to children of all religious backgrounds. We are a multiage school. Our teaching philosophy is that we respect the individual needs of children and hope to enhance the social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and intellectual development of each child. As a community of learners, we help students succeed through varied instructional strategies, the multiple intelligences, and interdisciplinary units that allows for individual differences and learning styles. We offer many programs to help parents in their busy lives, such as school bus transportation, a before and after school program, a hot lunch program, and transportation to and from sport events.

St. Charles Catholic School, founded in 1906, is owned and operated by five parishes in west Winnipeg. St. Edward’s is a vibrant school community with a long history, dedicated to providing  an education that allows for academic, physical, social, emotional and spiritual growth.  For more than 100 years, St. Edward’s has found its mission serving both newcomers to our city and those who have been in Winnipeg for many years. Its staff includes teachers, educational assistants, administrative staff and custodians. With the support of the community, the staff provides a positive learning environment based on Christian values. St. Edward’s School follows the Manitoba Education and Advanced Learning curriculum and offers strong literacy, numeracy, music and physical education programs.  Students also participate in daily religion classes, school Masses and prayer celebrations.

Our mission is to provide quality spiritual and academic growth based on the principle that every child is created in the image of God.  St. Ignatius School  was founded by the Sisters of the Holy Names of Jesus and Mary and has been providing Catholic education in a Jesuit parish since 1911.
